Area Businesses Receive Financing From MetroAction

MetroAction presents funding to CBGMetroAction recently provided $41,000 in financing to two area small businesses.MetroAction presents a check for $25,000 in loan funds to Gerhard Grenzberg of Corporate Buyers Guide of West Hazleton.  Corporate Buyers Guide is an on-line business that provides unbiased product reviews of industrial equipment. The website specializes in matching industrial suppliers with purchasing agents using a precise customer-to-manufacturer based matching system.

MetroAction also presented $16,000 loan to Nydia Ruiz of the Enchanted Place Childcare Center, located in Tannersville.  The Enchanted Place, owned and operated by Nydia Ruiz, has received the highest possible rating (four stars) from the Keystone Stars program and has maintained 100% enrollment each of its 10 years in operation. Ms. Ruiz will use the proceeds of the loan to relocate her business to a larger facility.  This expansion will   allow her business to accommodate more children and offer additional services and programs.
