Friends of First Friday Cards Available

First Friday Scranton is unveiling a new fundraising effort, Friends of First Friday. The program is designed to offer individuals a way to easily support the arts in Scranton and specifically the efforts of First Friday Scranton. First Friday Scranton coordinates a monthly artwalk in downtown Scranton featuring local, regional and nationally known artists, live music and a complimentary trolley between venues.

Cards featuring the First Friday logo will be sold for $25. The card entitles the holder to a 10% discount on a variety of cultural attractions, dining, shopping and more! Over 20 businesses are participated in the program: Anthology New and Used Books; B’s Floral; Cami Mari; Casey’s Corner at the Hilton; D & D Collectibles; Danielle and Company; Duffy Accessories; Eden-a Vegan Café; The Electric City Trolley Museum; Everhart Museum; Green Being; Marquis Art and Frame; Michael’s Luxury Eyeware; Northeast Pennsylvania Philharmonic; Northern Light Espresso Bar; Outrageous; Ricochet Rapid Detail; Sandone Tire; Scranton Community Concerts; Scranton Cultural Center; Silver on Spruce; Trolley’s Bistro at the Hilton; Vida Tapas & Pizza. Major sponsor for the program is PNC Bank.

The cards will be available for purchase at First Friday on Friday, December 5 for a special price of only $20. They will be available at various venues including Afa Gallery, MAC Gallery, Marquis Art and Frame, St. Luke’s and Duffy Accessories.
