A new class is now forming for MetroAction’s Small Business Institute, a practical, hands-on, learning program designed to help entrepreneurs sharpen the skills needed to develop, manage, and grow a successful business. Participants incorporate their own business experiences throughout the 8 weekly sessions, developing the building blocks for success. Business LINK Seminar: Success through Succession:  A panel discussion on family business transition planning – Dunmore: Tuesday, October 13, 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM

This free seminar will take the mystery out of financing your business despite today’s difficult economy.  You will learn how small business loans work, what documents and information are required, and review the requirements to qualify for small business financing. The clinic will also explain about small business grants, what lenders look for, and how you can improve your chances of qualifying for a small business loan.
